nKredible edibleS by Kelley Schneider offers fresh, made from scratch, cookies, brownies, breads and pastries.  Unlike other bakeries the settle for “baking” on site (or as we like to say, freezer to oven bakeries), I  make all  products in small batches,  with real ingredients, from scratch, when you order.  This is also what allows me to give you the freshest and most unique bakery selection around.

Pastries

What better way to start your day than with a  cup of hot coffee and a fresh croissant, danish or turnover for the perfect light breakfast.  All  pastries are made by hand, from scratch.  Croissants, fruit danish, pain aux raisin and pain au chocolate, all are amazing.

But, for a real treat, start your morning on a sweet foot with our crisp, buttery, sweet Koiugn-Amann.  this Breton pastry, literally translated to Butter Cake, has layer after layer of butter and sugar that bakes up to a caramel-y goodness that is, at the very least, addictive.  Pastries can be ordered* by the dozen or as part of our Pastry trays.​

Muffins

​Muffins are less sweet, and more bread-like than their cupcake cousins, which make them a wonderful go-to snack.  Our muffin flavors change with the seasons, from banana to cranberry orange or blueberry to pumpkin streusel, each one of these oversized beauties are to die for.

Cookies

All of our cookies are mede from scratch and to order**.  Whether you love classic chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin or would love to have our lavender honey or chewy coconut macaroons, our cookies are sure to appeal to the kid in you.

Brownies and Bars

If you have a serious chocolate craving, our brownies are just your ticket.  Soft, chewy and abundantly fudge; what could be better?
Our brownie flavors; decadent fudge, coconut almond, German chocolate and red velvet.

On the opposite end of the decadence scale sits our fruit bars.  Lemon, Strawberry Lemon, Orange Passion fruit and Mango Pineapple are just some of our flavors.  Sweet and Tart at the same time, they are a wonderful snack.
